As we continue to grow and expand our reach in Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Sales Manager to manage and expand our business in Italy

Job Description: As a Sales Manager in Italy, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region. You will play a critical role in expanding our market share and ensuring the growth and success of our products in this key market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Italy, focusing on both new business development and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and target key customers in the education, corporate, and industrial sectors, including end-users, resellers, and strategic partners.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with resellers, distributors, and key decision-makers in your assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular meetings and product presentations to potential clients and partners, showcasing our interactive presentation technologies and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt the sales strategy and drive growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales goals and to tailor promotional activities for the local market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and resellers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across Italy.
  • Support and train local resellers and distributors on product features, benefits, and effective selling techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, with a strong track record of sales success in Italy.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in interactive display, audiovisual, or educational technology markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local markets, business culture, and customer behavior in Italy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and technical teams alike.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
