Responsibilities of the new Marketing Manager

• Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed marketing team, creating developmental opportunities to facilitate their professional growth – promoting a culture of high performance, creative thinking and fun
• Propose and execute marketing & PR plans that drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Work closely with product management and sales teams to define and create go-to-market plans for product launches (incl. competitive analysis, defining of personas and route to market)
• Design fully integrated campaigns across multiple mediums (e.g. email, print advertising, social forums, PPC, webinars and video) and forums (e.g. conferences)
• Collaborate with channel partners and implement multi-channel marketing to maximize brand awareness, lead generation activities and ROI of marketing activities
• Continually measure, optimize and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns/initiatives to assess ROI against target metrics/KPIs (experience with marketing automation software preferred
• Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously to meet pre-defined targets, deadlines and within budget
• Competent copywriter with proven success in winning new business by creating multiple digital, conversation streams with innovative and compelling writing
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders align on measurements for success in lead generation and brand development initiatives
• Develop and manage the customer journey and engagement strategy to both increase conversions and extend the customer lifecycle
• Develop strong relationships with 3rd parties (e.g. marketing consultants, translators and agencies) for effectively delivery of marketing resources and activities
• Continually identify innovative and creative new ways to maximize lead generation, brand development, marketing-to-sales conversion and customer loyalty
• Keep up-to-date on the latest market trends and market data—gaining insight to optimize marketing spend and performance
• Oversee Website management – update with new products / improvements
• Overview of video production & photography
• Delivery of wide range of communications internally & externally (e.g. company newsletter, Channel webinars)



• Min. 3 years of experience in designing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a team within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Excellent knowledge of multi-level marketing principles, practices, tactics and digital tools
• In-depth knowledge of industry or customer segments, development of personas and lead generation programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of building strong relationships and trust
• Experienced engaging with the media/press and working with 3rd party partnerships/alliances
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Effectively measuring and reporting on progress of marketing initiatives and performance achievements/KPIs to the Director, Global Business Development & Marketing
• Valid driving license and passport with no restrictions to travel abroad
• Ability to mutli-task and prioritise in a fast-growth environment
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Flexibility with hours will sometimes be required in this role due to working with stakeholders working in other time zones and occasional international travel (up to 25%)
• Desire and passion to aggressively increase the company revenues and brand

• Publishing content with CMS (content management system) platforms such as Umbraco or WordPress
• Social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer and Feedly
• Generating reports and dashboards with analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI)
• Sharing and management tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams and SharePoint)
