Your Job

To support us in our mission we are expanding our Marketing Team with highly skilled and professional colleagues that can make the difference and contribute significantly to building beautiful products that will further boost our sales across the globe.

Currently we are looking for a Digital Growth Marketer who is passionate about technology products and digital marketing.

 

Responsibilities

We want you to take full ownership of our digital marketing activities and help us to continue to grow.

  • Define and execute our lead generation and nurturing strategy across all channels.
  • Design experiments to continuously test and optimize our demand generation flows.
  • Optimize and measure the right KPI’s and set forth the necessary actions to ensure a healthy marketing funnel.
  • Be the bridge between our marketing and sales teams and regularly follow up on the quality, quantity and conversion of incoming leads.
  • Assist management through reporting to aid strategic decisions.
  • Lead conversion optimization for our website and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating a unique, streamlined, digital experience
  • Work effectively with in-house and external experts: web development team, content marketer, graphic designer, and external agencies

 

Requirements

  • Profound and hands-on experience in managing lead generation campaigns across various channels
  • Analytical & data-driven approach
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels
  • Strong and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Solid experience with a web CMS (preferably MS Umbraco)
  • Executional excellence mindset
  • Min 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp
  • Experience in organic acquisition channels
  • Experience in cross-platform tracking and
  • Familiar with JTBD, customer journey mapping and analytics, value proposition design frameworks
  • Basic Adobe suite skills
  • Experience in B2B and Channel Marketing
  • Relevant professional bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent level of English
